Any discount or promotional offer (including up to 50% off) shown on this website is subject to change without notice and applies only as confirmed in your specific project quote.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content, access or credentials reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services.

5. Payments

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or support.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

We strive for high-quality, secure delivery, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
